The timed objectives were a real disappointment; I want to be able to build interesting and efficient railroad networks, not be worked towards a single objective, constantly having to worry about completing side objectives before the main one times out and I miss out on experience. Especially laying track is tanking frames, making actually building the rail a little bit of a nightmare as half the clicks aren't being registered by the engine.As a transport and train enthusiast I had to find out - to my surprise - that this is not a game for me. An available sandbox mode maybe would have persuaded me to not refund it, I am glad that it is at least shown as a planned feature.. numerous attempts to load this game have failed. I get to 8% and the game freezes up. I firmly recommend NOT purchsing this game,. REALLY EARLY ACCESS... needs work on multiple areas. I don't recommend at this time. Maybe if it gets support.. I was looking for this game but unfortunately at the early access this game is frustrating to play. Don't get me wrong. The game mechanics, graphics etc they are beautiful but campaign mode is unbalanced. You either cant finish the objectives in time or go bankrupt. There is no difficulty setting and sandbox mode is not accessible in this build which I was hoping to play. Sandbox mode is the lifeline in this kind of games and going early access without it seems like a bad choice. My advice if this game is in your watchlist give it time before rushing like I did.. i will quit playing this game till the sandbox mode comes available, then i will come back because mission 2 is hard,.
